Forest HIlls Elementary is once again participating in the Hour of Code from December 7-13, 2015. The Hour of Code is a one-hour introduction to computer science, designed to demystify code and show that anybody can learn the basics.
The Hour of Code is a global movement reaching tens of millions of students in 180+ countries. Anyone, anywhere can organize an Hour of Code event. One-hour tutorials are available in over 40 languages. No experience needed. Ages 4 to 104.

2015-2016 Code of Student Conduct
The 2015-2016 Code of Student Conduct Handbook has been posted on Broward Schools’ website at http://www.browardschools.com. Parents and students may also access the Code of Student Conduct Handbook through the BEEP Portal or use their smartphones to scan the Quick Response Code (QRC) on any of the Code Book posters displayed throughout the school’s campus.
Free or Reduced Price Meals
The Food and Nutrition Services Department is pleased to announce Universal FREE Breakfast will be available for the 2015-2016 school year. ALL students, regardless of eligibility status, will have the opportunity to participate in the breakfast meal program at no charge. The price for an adult meal will remain at $1.80.
The current lunch meal prices for students and adults will remain the same for the 2015-2016 school year:
